Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring a Center-based BCBA to design ethical, individualized treatment plans for children with autism. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients, reviewing data and adjusting programs as needed.

Join a supportive team with Clinical Manager backing, scheduling help, and access to ABA software. The role is Center-based, Monday–Friday, in New Jersey, with opportunities for BCBA supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies and ethical guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor.

Responsabilités

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients.
• Review data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision via staff/family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff issues.
