Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Center-based BCBA to design client programming, ensure ethical and individualized implementation, and supervise a small team. The role centers on delivering high-quality ABA services within a supportive clinic setting.

You will review data with families, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical manager for scheduling and caseload support. This is a Monday–Friday on-site position in New Jersey with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, ethics, laws and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
Ability to meet rigorous job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and time spent on floor or on feet.

Responsibilities

BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and supervise a small caseload of 8-10 clients.
Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
