Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Center-based BCBA to design ethical, individualized client programs and ensure they are implemented with integrity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload of 4-6 clients in a center setting.

Responsibilities include reviewing data, adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating with families to address concerns about treatment or staff. A supportive Clinical Manager provides scheduling and administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or credential verification.
• Minimum 1 year working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws, and intervention methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 apps and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 4-6 clients.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
