Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Center-based BCBA to design client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized and implemented with integrity.

You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans, and meet families to discuss concerns. Clinical Manager support includes scheduling assistance and general caseload help.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified through BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families about concerns related to treatment or staff.
