Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Center-based BCBA in New Jersey to design ethical, individualized treatment programs for children with autism. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload while collaborating with families to review progress and adapt plans.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with supervision experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet rigorous job demands including lifting and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8-10 clients.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns related to behavior modification or staff.
