Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Center-based BCBA to design ethical, individualized client programming and supervise BTs/RBTs. The role emphasizes a 1:1 therapy model and direct impact on children’s progress.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team and participate in regular data review and treatment plan modification. The BCBA will supervise staff, consult with families, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager for administrative support and caseload growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Provide direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload of 8–10 clients.
