Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Center-based BCBA to design client programming that is ethical, individualized, and implemented with integrity. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients while collaborating with families.

The role includes reviewing session data, interpreting results, updating treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision and consultation to families and staff to support meaningful progress.

Formación

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis and modification of treatment plans.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload of 8–10 clients.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify the treatment plan.
• Provide supervision by coordinating with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
