Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a BCBA to join our team as a full-time or part-time clinical expert. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA license or in progress within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organization in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and support positive behavior development.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients and communicate concerns as needed.
• Supervise and train the behavioral technicians and support the team.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds).
