Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our team in New Jersey, full-time or part-time. You will lead the development and supervision of ABA interventions for children with autism, guiding families and collaborating with a multi-tier clinical team at the local level.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Currently licensed BCBA or pursuing exam soon (within 3 months).
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to supervise and train behavioral technicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Track progress and celebrate client achievements as skills grow.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment plans.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
