Job summary

A dynamic ABA therapy provider in New Jersey seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and implement individualized programs for children with autism. Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, consulting with families, and regularly reviewing treatment plans. Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Proficient with ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Consult with families about treatment concerns.
