Job summary

A behavioral therapy provider in New Jersey is looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment programs for children with autism. In this role, you will supervise a small caseload, work closely with families, and provide support to your team. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with special needs individuals.
• Knowledge of ethics, laws, and regulations in behavior interventions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized programming for clients.
• Provide direct supervision to Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Review and modify treatment plans based on data collected.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
