Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Center-based BCBA to design individualized client programs and oversee 1:1 ABA therapy. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes for children.

Join a supportive team with clinical manager backing, flexible scheduling, and opportunities across NJ and nearby states. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision and family collaboration.

Competenze

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload (8–10 clients).
• Regularly review data from sessions with staff and families and modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and collaborate with the Clinical Manager.
