Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is hiring a Center-based BCBA to design individualized client programs and supervise BTs/RBTs within a one-on-one therapy model. You will review session data, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure ethical, effective interventions.

This role offers a clear path for growth under the Clinical Manager, with administrative support and scheduling aid to manage a 8-10 client caseload across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification verified.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Manage small caseload of 8-10 clients.
• Review data, interpret results, and update treatment plans.
• Consult with families and staff on treatment concerns.
