Job summary

CentRIA Autism in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You'll mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs, help develop and modify individualized behavior plans, and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven decisions.

• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
