Qualifications

• BCaBA credential and eligibility to supervise ABA therapy.
• Ability to train/mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Data collection and analysis to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on treatment decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training.
