Job summary

CENTRIA autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA in High Point, NC to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

You will collect and analyze client data, help develop individualized intervention plans, engage families, and ensure our assent-based, child-centered approach informs every session. This role offers mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Experience with ABA data collection and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data; collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
