Qualifications
- BCaBA with supervision by BCBA.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Develop and modify behavior intervention plans.
- Collect/analyze client data for treatment decisions.
- Engage families through communication and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions with BCBAs.
- Engage families with regular communication and parent training sessions.
- Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, client-centered philosophy.
