Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will guide data-driven treatment decisions, mentor staff, and engage families to support meaningful progress.

This role offers a base salary with bonus opportunities and a collaborative, mentorship-focused work environment that emphasizes clinician growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification or credentialed status required.
• Strong ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Proven skills in collecting and analyzing client data for treatment decisions.
• Excellent collaboration with BCBA supervision and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions.
• Engage families with regular communication and parent training.
