Centria Autism in Woodhaven, MI is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You’ll mentor Technicians and RBTs, help develop behavior plans, and ensure data-driven, assent-based patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCaBA certification and be able to provide clinical oversight under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
