Job summary

Centria Autism in North Carolina is seeking a BCaBA who thrives in a structured, collaborative setting to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in our centers. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, mentor RBTs, and contribute to treatment planning with guidance to advance your career.

Responsibilities include developing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing client data, and engaging families through regular training.

Qualifications

• BCaBA with supervisory responsibilities overseeing Technicians/RBTs.
• Strong data collection and analysis to drive treatment decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with BCBA and families in intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
