Job summary

CentrIA Autism centers are seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure fidelity and assist with developing individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will collect and analyze client data, collaborate with BCBAs on treatment decisions, and engage families through regular communication and parent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to inform treatment decisions
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
