Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs at our centers.

You’ll collect and analyze client data, adapt intervention plans, and engage families to ensure consistent, evidence-based care. Our supportive team offers mentorship, structured schedules, and opportunities to advance toward BCBA credential.

Qualifications

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
