Job summary

CENTRIA AUTISM in Michigan seeks a dedicated BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in our structured centers. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, ensuring program fidelity while receiving mentorship to advance your career.

You will provide clinical oversight, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with BCBAs to guide treatment decisions. Families will be engaged through regular communication and parent training sessions, all within our assent-based, child-centered philosophy.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification is required.
• Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
• Experience collecting and analyzing client data to inform treatment decisions.
• Ability to engage families through parent training and communication.
• Strong collaboration with BCBAs and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs for program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
