Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in our centers. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, collaborate with BCBAs, and contribute to treatment planning, data collection, and family updates.

Qualifications

• BCaBA credential required and active in good standing.
• Experience supervising technicians and RBTs preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBA to guide treatment decisions.
• Engage families with regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
