Job summary

Centria Autism seeks a BCBA to lead ABA therapy in a collaborative in-center setting. You will guide Behavior Technicians and supervise clinical staff while delivering high-quality care in a purpose-built clinical environment.

The role emphasizes assent-based assessment, individualized plans, and parent training to drive meaningful progress. You will work with clinical leadership to ensure program excellence and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required/preferred.
• Proven ability to lead ABA therapy delivery.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and teams.
• Comfort using data to guide treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center setting.
• Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during on-site training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data analysis.
