Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy and supervise Behavior Technicians, under the guidance of BCBAs. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment, assent-based care, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification with supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
