Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy within our collaborative centers in Michigan. You will supervise technicians and RBTs, assist with behavior plans, and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.

You will engage families and ensure assent-based, child-centered care, supported by mentorship from experienced BCBAs and leadership. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required with eligibility for BCBA supervision.
• Strong ability to supervise and mentor technicians and RBTs.
• Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data to guide treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs on data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
