Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our structured, collaborative centers. You’ll provide ABA therapy under supervision, supervise Behavior Technicians, and benefit from mentorship to advance your BCBA credentials.

We offer a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus weekly/monthly bonuses and a $15,000 signing bonus. Expect a supportive team, data-driven care, and opportunities for professional growth and CEU stipends.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification and eligibility to supervise ABA therapy.
• Experience mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training.
