Job summary
Centria Autism in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy in our center-based setting. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and implement assent-based, data-driven treatment plans to drive meaningful progress for children.

Qualifications
- Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to supervise Behavior Technicians.
- Experience delivering ABA therapy and creating data-driven treatment plans.
- Familiarity with assent-based care and ABA principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative in-center environment.
- Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
