Job summary

Centria Autism in Kentucky is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and to mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs. You will contribute to developing individualized behavior plans and ensure high-quality care within a collaborative center.

This role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered care, structured caseloads, and strong team support, including mentorship and opportunities for professional growth through CEU stipends and paid CEU days.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or RBTs preferred.
• Ability to develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to guide treatment decisions with BCBA input.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
