Centria Autism seeks a BCaBA in Raleigh, NC to supervise ABA therapy and coach Behavior Technicians within our structured, collaborative centers. You’ll help develop and modify individualized intervention plans, collect data, and support families through training and communication.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required with ability to supervise technicians.
• Experience mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to inform treatment decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
