Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy seeks an Center-Based Child Autism Specialist (RBT-ready) to provide ABA therapy in a 1:1 and small group setting in Albuquerque. You will collect data, follow treatment plans, and support families under BCBA supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing. Pay ranges from $16–$23 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in background check.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance where required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow ABA protocols and data collection as per treatment plan created by BCBA/BC.
• Record, summarize, and review observable client behavior data.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.
• Support BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
