Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification or willing to obtain and pass competency within 45 days.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not in past year.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform floor work.
• Professional, patient, and reliable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans from BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and proper documentation.
• Communicate progress to families as instructed.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Prepare client materials and assessments.
