Job summary

A leading autism services provider in Albuquerque seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy. Candidates must hold RBT certification or complete training within 45 days. Responsibilities include direct client care, data collection, and parent training. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. This role offers a pay range of $16 - $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process.
• Need to be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must be able to physically perform job tasks including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
