Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a center-based, full-time position in Wilmington. You will deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA and work closely with families to support learning and progress.

The role requires an Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour training, a high school diploma or GED, and 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs. On-site work and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date
• Criminal background check required
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Willingness to work as part of a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• On-site center-based work environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day

Responsibilities
