Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy at our Greensboro, NC center. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and engage with families to support therapy goals.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, training, and ethical practice while providing on-site supervision, supplies, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-recognized 40-hour RBT training OR BT experience in ABA.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
• Willingness for ongoing professional development and training.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; sit/stand/squat as needed.
• On-site center-based work environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
