Opal Autism Centers in Greensboro, NC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You’ll collect data, engage clients in therapeutic activities, and collaborate with families to support progress.

The role emphasizes on-site center-based work, ongoing training, and compliance with ethical behavior analysis standards. A strong commitment to development in autism services is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training OR BT experience in ABA.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in a center-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
