Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time is preferred; part-time requires 25+ hours/week and open availability within these hours. 1:1 therapy, data collection, and teamwork with a BCBA are included.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months‑10 years) under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
