Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2–15 in a center setting in New Jersey. The BT will work closely with BCBA to implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families and supervisors.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Prior experience with ASD or behavioral challenges is preferred, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and written skills; ability to interact with children and parents.
• Reliable, with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges is preferred.
• HIPAA awareness and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities and pace with children during sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
