Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time ABA Technician to work at our in-person Verbal Beginnings Center in Tennessee. The role involves delivering ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor, collecting data, and supporting families, with schedule blocks A or B and options for full-day or half-day shifts.

Compensation ranges from $23 to $29 per hour based on experience and RBT certification. We provide training, pathway to RBT, and a supportive team environment focused on child outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Patience and compassion for children with Autism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data to track progress.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care.
