Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Part-Time ABA Technician for the Frederick ABA Center, offering in-person work with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation ranges from $23 to $29 per hour, based on experience and RBT certification. This role includes a path to RBT certification and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
