Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Part-Time ABA Technician to deliver ABA therapy at our Verbal Beginnings Center. You will implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA and collect data on progress.

No ABA experience? We provide training, sponsor your path to becoming an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and support continuing education. Growth opportunities include a defined ladder and scholarships for employees pursuing a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality care.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
