Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a Part-Time ABA Technician to provide ABA therapy at the Frederick Center. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting precise data under a BCBA supervisor.

Training is provided and there is a clear path to RBT certification along with opportunities for tuition assistance and supervision hours. The position is in-person, with A or B blocks and variable hours based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have patience and compassion to help children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidenced-based ABA plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record precise data on each child's progress.
