Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in their natural environments. The role offers on-going supervision and a clear pathway to certification, including paid training and supervision hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and track progress for ongoing treatment updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
