Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver intensive ABA services for young children in a center setting. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to support client progress.

The role offers full-time hours, Mon-Fri 8:30 am–4:30 pm, in-center work with benefits such as PTO, tuition discounts, and early wage access. RBT certification or completion plan required.

Formación

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB) or complete a 40-hour training and sit for competency exam within 45 days of employment
• Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually
• Must be able to physically perform this job, including getting down on the floor and lifting up to 50lbs
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training
• Follow prescribed behavior protocols built by BCBA/BC
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with treatment protocols
• Ensure documentation is completed on time
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Assist BCBA with client materials and assessments
