Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our center-based team. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-15 under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavioral plans one-on-one under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Assist with physical activities and safety during sessions.
