Proud Moments ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to join our center-based team. You will work one-on-one with children aged 2-15 under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data in a supportive center environment. The position offers paid training, opportunities to grow professionally, and the chance to positively impact families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Evening availability Monday-Friday 4PM-7PM.
• Reliable personal transportation to assigned work locations.
• Experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliance.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follows detailed instructions.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
