Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team delivering 1-1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work in partnership with BCBAs, implementing treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, everchanging environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and staff.
• Assist with physically supporting children during sessions.
