The UPS Store in Aston, PA is seeking a Full-Time Center Associate to deliver exceptional customer service by processing packages, operating copy/fax/binding/lamination and POS devices, and advising customers on products and services.

The ideal candidate has retail or customer service experience, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites), a high school diploma or GED, great communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 40+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries

• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
