Responsibilities

• Oversee Practice Support operations and staffing at a single location.
• Provide payroll processing for designated Practice Support staff.
• Train Practice Support staff on procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with Centralized/Shared Services on billing, referrals, and payment workflows.
• Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and provider calendars; optimize processes for patient satisfaction.
• Lead Lean process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
